On Mondays at Builders Night, I go around the room and ask the same question: how can this group support you?
The answers are always specific. Last week someone needed a person with experience in formal methods for GPU programming. Someone else wanted introductions to book clubs. Usually someone in the room knows someone. But that only works for the 20 people who happen to show up that week.
I wanted to open that up, so I built rallysf.com/builders. You tell me what you're building, what you need, and what you can help with. I read every one and make introductions where I see a fit.
One pattern already: the asks skew toward distribution (finding customers, marketing, the first 100 users). The offers skew toward engineering. If you've done distribution well, there are builders here who could use you.

A social event for people exploring solo founder life. No pitch decks required — bring a side project, a half-baked idea, or just curiosity. You'll hear short "White Mirror" stories from founders and artists about what AI is making possible, then stick around for open conversation. Good if you're building something on your own and want to meet others doing the same.
Friday, Apr 24, 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Full-day hackathon focused on shipping agents to production. Real infrastructure constraints — evals, monitoring, error handling. Not another notebook demo.
