Issue #9Rally SF Newsletter

Sunday, June 7, 2026

Our third Agentic Coding Building the State of the Art (BSOTA) event was a night of lightning demos:

- A coding workflow where the planner, the implementer, and the auditor are separate models, and a task is only done when all three agree
- A builder made his own harness after realizing Claude Code kept him closer to the loop than he wanted
- A tool that traces how a PR actually came together, and a personal life OS run from the command line

The full video is on YouTube now, and if you've been curious what other builders' setups actually look like, it's a good place to start: watch BSOTA #3.

The next BSOTA meetup is this Tuesday at The Commons. If you're working on something you'd like to show, I'd love for you to submit a demo.

One more note: no Builders Night tomorrow. It's my birthday, and I'm taking the night off to celebrate. See you Tuesday.

Most builders using Claude Code, Cursor, or custom agents are still figuring out workflows alone—this session gets you in a room with others doing the same work. You'll see live walkthroughs of actual setups and spend the rest of the night comparing notes with people solving similar problems.
