Issue #13Rally SF Newsletter

Sunday, July 5, 2026

I run my working life on a personal OS, a folder of markdown files that Claude references to take action on my behalf. It's living documentation of who I've met, what we talked about, what I decided (and why), and what I owe people and when. It analyzes my meeting notes, executes my task list, and wrote the first draft of the email you're reading.

I know many builders who maintain their own personal OS, and we're all approaching our setups in slightly different ways. Seeing others' systems has inspired me to reassess and improve my ways of working.

So, I'm curating an event focused on what's working in personal operating systems. If you'd like to demo yours, reach out.

This week: Builders Night is tomorrow at 6:30, bring a project. BSOTA Agentic Coding Demos runs Tuesday at 6:45.

See you there.
